Love is a magical thing
Love will make you feel like a queen or a king
Unicorns, rainbows, lucky charms
Await you in your true love’s arms
Love is a magical thing
Mystical, physical, alchemical
We’re pretending to be in love today
But pretending is also real
There’s a lady in a castle
She’s sad and so forlorn
When her troubadour returns and kisses her
She’s all smiles and laughter
Lady, you’re so beautiful
Come lie with me and be my love
I’d slay any dragon, endure any danger,
Just to have you near me
Love is a magical thing
Lucky lovers mate in the spring
We sip from goblets full of joy
But when love dies all life it does destroy!

Astounding, deep, a truly lysergic experience! The movie is a masterpiece, and the soundtrack no less so on its own. Burning analog synths, crushing guitars, an unreal sense of space. What a final score for this amazing composer!
Think about it, this movie is so awesome, Robert Fripp let them use “Starless”.
THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN Brian Parker

I liked Desired's self-titled release very much, so had to get "Lovestory" as well, its style feels the closest. Desired must be a fan of the 80ies "Cat's Eye" anime, as tracks 1 and 8 are from its soundtrack. Leading Motive
